- What it is
- QuotePaid is a quoting and invoicing app for tradespeople in Ireland. You say or tap a quote on your phone, your customer accepts it and pays a deposit by card from a link, and QuotePaid sends the invoice and polite payment reminders until you are paid. It runs in the browser on any phone or computer.
- Who it’s for
- Tradespeople in Ireland: painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and the rest. Mostly sole traders and small firms.
- Where it’s based
- Dublin, Ireland. Prices in euro, Irish VAT rules, Irish English, and Irish time on every date and reminder.
- What it costs
- €19 a month after a 21-day free trial. The first 15 businesses pay €15 a month for life.
02Data and payments
How we handle your data and your money.
Stored in the EU
Your account, customers, quotes and invoices are stored on servers in the European Union.
Yours alone
Each business can only see its own data. We check that on every single request, not just at login.
No card numbers here
Card details go straight to Stripe. QuotePaid never sees or stores them.
Never sold
We don’t sell or share your data or your customers’ data. No ads.
Take it with you
Export everything as a spreadsheet any time. Ask us and we delete it.
Your money, your account
Card payments go into your own Stripe account and on to your bank. Stripe is optional: bank transfer and your own payment links work without it. We never hold your money.
