Every feature, on every plan.
Say the job, get the quote
Talk it through; the lines and prices come from your price list. It never makes up a price.
Works with no signal
Record the job in a basement or a field; it sends when you’re back online.
Tap it in instead
Your price list, a few taps, done.
A price list for your trade
Starter jobs for painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and plasterers, or your own trade.
VAT done right
13.5% for the job, 23% when materials are over two-thirds, or no VAT if you’re not registered.
Send by email or WhatsApp
Your customer gets a link and opens the quote on their phone. No app, no login.
Withdraw, copy or let it run out
Each quote has a valid-until date. Withdraw one, or copy it into a new quote.
Questions and reasons, not silence
Customers can ask a question or tell you why they said no, right from the quote.
14 days to cancel, handled
Home customers are told their right to cancel and can agree to an early start, kept on the quote.
Accepted from the link
The customer accepts with their name and the start date. You get an email straight away.
See where each quote stands
Sent, opened, accepted or turned down, with the customer’s reason if they give one.
A deposit to book the job
Any percentage or a fixed amount, per quote. Set your usual one once, and every quote shows what’s due to book the job.
Get paid your way
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, bank transfer or your own payment link. Stripe is optional.
Deposit paid straight after the yes
Your customer accepts, then pays the deposit by card in one tap. You get an email and an alert when it lands.
“I’ve paid”, confirmed in one tap
Paid by transfer? Your customer taps “I’ve paid”, you confirm with one tap, and the reminders stop.
Told the moment you’re paid
A “You’ve been paid” alert in the app and on your lock screen. Also when a quote is opened, accepted or declined.
Polite invoice reminders, sent for you
On the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after, at 9am. Friendly first, firm at the end. Paid stops them.
Quote follow-ups
No answer yet? Your customer gets a short note on day 2 and day 5. An answer stops them.
A reminder before you start
Once the deposit is in, your customer gets a note two days before the start, with the day and your number.
WhatsApp chasers
No email? Your customer gets a ready-written WhatsApp each time a reminder is due. One tap sends it from your number.
A short email each morning
After the 9am run: who got a reminder, who is newly overdue or three weeks late, each linked. Quiet days, no email.
Accepted quote to invoice in two taps
The lines come across and the deposit paid is taken off. Check it, send it, and it’s numbered in order.
Invoices with your bank details on them
Your customer gets a link to the invoice, with your IBAN, a payment reference and your own payment links.
Fix a sent invoice the right way
Cancel it and send a corrected copy. The old one keeps its number, so there are no gaps in your records.
Invoices paid by card from the link
Your customer taps Pay on the invoice. It’s marked paid by itself, and you get an email and an alert.
Mark paid by transfer or cash
Paid into your bank or in cash? Mark it paid with the day it came in, and the reminders stop.
PDF quotes, invoices and receipts
Download a PDF of any quote or invoice, with everything Revenue asks a VAT invoice to show. Your customer can too.
PDFs attached, and a receipt when paid
Every quote and invoice email carries its PDF, and your customer gets a receipt PDF the moment they pay.
Who owes you, at a glance
Home shows what you’re owed, what’s late, deposits paid this month, quotes waiting and jobs starting soon.

The card fee, in plain words.
When a customer pays by card, Stripe takes its fee before the money reaches your bank. That’s the only fee on a payment.

- Bank transfers cost nothing. Your IBAN and a reference go on every invoice.

€19 a month with everything included, after a 21-day free trial that needs no card. The first 15 businesses to join pay €15 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. Stripe charges its card fee on each payment; QuotePaid adds nothing on top.
Only in how you pay. Yearly is one payment of €190 a year and saves €38 on paying monthly, after the same 21-day free trial. Every feature is on both plans. Founding businesses can pay yearly too: €150 a year instead of €15 a month.
Card payments are optional. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay through your own Stripe account, which pays into your bank. Stripe charges its standard card fee, shown before you connect; QuotePaid adds nothing. Without Stripe, customers pay by bank transfer with a reference, or through your own Revolut, SumUp or PayPal link.
Yes. Cancel from Settings. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you can export all your quotes, invoices and customers first. If you had the founding price, cancelling ends it, and it won’t come back if you join again later.
After 21 days you pick a plan, and we email you before the trial ends. If you don’t, QuotePaid goes read-only: you can still see and download everything, customers can still pay what they owe, and reminders already set keep going, but no new quotes or invoices go out. Pick a plan and it all switches straight back on.
