The short version
No advertising or tracking cookies, anywhere. The website sets none of its own. The app uses a few small cookies and storage items to keep you logged in and remember your choices, and nothing else.
01 On this website
Reading the website, the guides and the tools sets no cookies. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile: it looks at your browser and connection to tell people from bots, only on the form, which the law treats as strictly necessary.
02 Counting visits
On the website only, we count visits and measure page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They never run in the app, in the control panel or on the quote and invoice links your customers get. They use no cookies. Each visit is counted with a scrambled code of the request that Vercel throws away after 24 hours, and we only ever see totals, never who you are. See Vercel’s privacy notes.
You can switch them off in this browser: . To remember that, we save one item, qp-analytics-off, in your browser’s storage, and it stays until you turn analytics back on or clear the site’s data. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics is already off and we don’t need to save anything.
03 In the app
Once you log in, QuotePaid stores these on your device. Each one is needed for something you asked for, so none needs your consent, and none is shared with anyone else.

The app also installs a small helper in your browser (a service worker) so it opens fast and can show alerts. If you turn alerts on, your browser keeps an address for them; log out or turn them off and it’s removed.
04 Quote and invoice links
Opening a quote or invoice from a business sets no cookies. Paying by card opens Stripe’s own page, under Stripe’s cookie policy.
05 Your choice
You can clear cookies and storage in your browser’s settings at any time. Clearing them logs you out of the app and forgets your choices. More about your data: privacy policy.
