Yes. Set any item in your price list by the square metre, and the quote multiplies it by the area you say or type, for example 42 m² of skim on the living room walls. You can also price by the room, by the day or as a fixed price, and mix them on one quote.

QuotePaid is a quoting and invoicing app for tradespeople in Ireland. You say or tap a quote on your phone and send it as a link. Your customer accepts it and pays a deposit by card, bank transfer or your own payment link. When the job is done, QuotePaid sends the invoice and polite reminders until you are paid.

No. Your customer gets a link by email or WhatsApp and opens it in the browser on their phone or computer. They can read the quote, accept it and pay the deposit or the invoice by card or bank transfer without downloading anything or making an account.

No. Customers can pay by bank transfer with a reference, or through your own Revolut, SumUp or PayPal link. When they tap “I’ve paid”, you get a message, check your bank and confirm with one tap; the reminders stop and they get a receipt. The only difference from card payments is that one confirm tap.

Nothing is sent until you approve it. Prices only come from your own price list or the words you say; QuotePaid never makes one up. Anything it isn’t sure of, like “about twelve metres”, is flagged for you to check, and you can edit every line before sending.

Yes. Cancel from Settings. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you can export all your quotes, invoices and customers first. If you had the founding price, cancelling ends it, and it won’t come back if you join again later.
